When a new client starts working with us, we don’t jump straight into content calendars or color palettes—we start by asking the right questions. what does success look like—in revenue, leads, and brand positioning?

Before we open Canva or write a caption, we want to know what success actually means to you. Is it more sales? Stronger leads? A premium brand presence that positions you as the go-to in your industry? Defining this upfront helps us reverse-engineer a strategy that aligns with your goals—not just trends (which we'll still touch on, obvi).

who’s your dream customer, and what keeps them up at night?

If we don’t know who we’re talking to, we can’t create content that connects. We dive into your ideal client’s mindset, lifestyle, and pain points so your content doesn’t just look good—it hits home. The more specific you get, the more magnetic your brand becomes.

what’s your audience’s biggest hesitation when buying from you?

Whether it’s price, timing, trust, or confusion, every audience has a reason they might not convert. If we don’t address it head-on, we’re just creating cute content with no impact. Great messaging isn’t just about selling—it’s about solving objections before they become deal breakers.

what common industry messaging do you disagree with?

This is one of our favorite questions, because it’s where the real differentiation starts. Going against the grain (thoughtfully) is one of the fastest ways to stand out and establish authority. When you challenge the status quo, people pay attention.

why should anyone care about your brand?

It’s a tough one, but it matters (ouch). You’re not just competing with others in your industry, you’re competing for attention in a very crowded feed. We work with you to uncover the actual value your brand brings to the table—and make sure your audience sees it too.

how do you want your audience to feel when they interact with your content?

what’s something you’d never say as a brand?

Boundaries are just as important as messaging. By getting clear on what’s not aligned with your brand voice or values, we create content that feels intentional—not off-brand or off-putting. Clarity here = consistency everywhere.
